Due to the nature of the products offered by Helios Labs, all sales are considered final.
## Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
To assist with the review process, please include:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photographs of the package and product

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Determinations
If Helios Labs determines that a replacement or refund is appropriate due to shipping damage or fulfillment error, the resolution will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Chargebacks
Customers experiencing an issue with an order are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
